VISION

A city that is clean, peaceful, orderly, progressive and conducive to live in, characterized by a government with a heart, conscience, sensitive and responsive to the needs of its constituents.

MISSION

The City of Caloocan is committed to realize and institutionalize a responsive city government that shall provide quality and efficient services which will make Caloocan a REsponsible COMmunity where people and residents are safe and secure in their homes, schools, work, and businesses, and are enjoying the fruits of their labor and other productive endeavor.

These can be realized by formulating policies and implementing programs, projects and activities that aim to:

• Recognize sector-specific values, issues and concerns of every citizen;
• Empower the people to work for equal sharing of opportunities and equal access to social, economic, political and public resources;
• Create a community of citizens with genuine compassion for those who have less and disadvantaged sector of the society;
• Organize its constituents to become responsible, healthy, educated and well-informed citizens; and
• Mainstream people’s involvement and participation in all levels of city development.
