Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan receives a copy of an ordinance from Vice Mayor Macario Asistio III wherein the local chief executive is authorized to appropriate more than P343.7 million which was reverted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod to the general fund for use in the construction of two schoolbuildings for the University of Caloocan for both North and South districts.
